Human Resources Partner – Entry Level (Hybrid, Boston)

About the role
The Human Resources Partner is an entry‑level professional who will work closely with HR leadership and company managers to deliver HR programs across talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, and employee engagement. This hybrid position requires 1‑2 days per week on‑site in Boston and the remainder remote.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for staff on HR policies, ensuring alignment with company culture and regulations.
- Administer onboarding and new‑hire processes, including HRIS setup, background checks, and I‑9 verification.
- Maintain accurate employee records in electronic filing systems.
- Support talent acquisition by posting job requisitions, reviewing applicants, and screening candidates.
- Assist with talent and performance initiatives, track metrics, and generate reports.
- Partner with leadership to design and execute engagement and recognition programs for hybrid teams.
- Document employee‑relations matters and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and backup support.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior HR or internship experience (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time‑management, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
