About the role
We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage payroll operations for multiple locations within our automotive group. The role is based at our Pineville, NC facility and operates full‑time.
Key responsibilities
- Process payroll for technicians, hourly, salaried and commissioned employees using CDK Payroll Plus.
- Maintain work‑in‑process records after each payroll run.
- Keep confidential payroll records and employee files up to date.
- Process new hires through Hireology, including ordering background checks and drug screens.
- Maintain various logs of team members by location.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Current experience processing payroll.
- Familiarity with CDK Payroll Plus software.
