About the role
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to manage full‑cycle recruiting for our open positions. This remote, full‑time role will give you access to candidate information and hiring records while providing comprehensive training.
Key responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Keep accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Track recruiting metrics and report on pipeline progress weekly.
Required profile
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of candidate interactions simultaneously.
- Must pass a pre‑employment background check.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

What we offer
