Recruiter (Remote, Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to manage full‑cycle recruiting for our open positions. This remote, full‑time role will give you access to candidate information and hiring records while providing comprehensive training.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Keep accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Track recruiting metrics and report on pipeline progress weekly.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of candidate interactions simultaneously.
• Must pass a pre‑employment background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
