About the role
The Human Resources Manager will partner with the Executive team to drive strategic HR initiatives and ensure the organization’s people practices support business goals. This role oversees the full spectrum of HR functions, from policy development to talent management.
Key responsibilities
- Advise senior leadership on HR best practices and strategic initiatives.
- Plan, develop, and implement HR policies, processes, and training programs.
- Administer compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary actions, investigations, and performance management.
- Serve as primary contact with benefits providers and keep benefit plans current.
- Design and execute hiring and talent management best practices, including onboarding.
- Manage the internal corporate communications portal and lead the Communications Committee.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 7‑10 years of HR management experience.
- SHRM, HRCI and/or CEBS certification preferred.
- Knowledge of national multi‑site retail construction or facilities industry is a plus.
