About the role

Venture Global LNG is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support multiple sites while based in Cameron, Louisiana. Reporting to the HR Director and working closely with the HR Manager at the Plaquemines facility, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, including data entry, pre‑employment drug testing, physicals, and first‑day communications.
• Coordinate laptop requests and schedule first‑day safety orientations for contractors.
• Verify vacation allotments for non‑exempt employees and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule and track annual physicals, ensuring compliance.
• Assist with quarterly random drug testing, liaising with third‑party vendors and monitoring completion.
• Organize first‑day orientation activities, issue location‑based badges, and coordinate cross‑departmental readiness.
• Perform other HR duties as assigned.
