HR Business Partner – Refinish Coatings (RFN) North America

About the role

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to support the Refinish Coatings (RFN) business in North America. This position will work closely with commercial and functional leaders to shape the organization’s culture, capabilities, and leadership as the business transitions to an independent entity.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with leaders across the RFN organization to develop people strategies that drive growth.
• Influence business decisions, challenge conventional thinking, and guide change management initiatives.
• Build and sustain a high‑performing culture that attracts, retains, develops, and engages top talent.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development activities.
