About the role
The Sleeping Lion is assembling a team to launch its new Fort Davis restaurant in early fall. Positions include salaried management roles as well as front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house jobs, offering the chance to help build a dining concept from the ground up.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in opening and daily operations of the new restaurant.
- Provide front‑of‑house service such as hosting, serving, and guest relations.
- Perform back‑of‑house duties including food preparation, cooking, and kitchen support.
- Support management in scheduling and inventory control.
- Help deliver private dining, special events, and catering services.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and a desire to contribute to a new restaurant.
- Dependable, team‑oriented attitude with willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in restaurant settings is valued but not mandatory.
