Guest Service Representative – Front Desk

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hotel front desk. In this full-time position you will interact with guests throughout their stay, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience while upholding our high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and handle payments.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and reservations with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales teams to resolve issues and maintain seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate daily front-desk records, including room assignments and incident reports.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction.

Required profile

• Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Prior hotel or customer-service experience is a plus, but training is provided for the right candidate.
