About the role
We are seeking a Guest Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hotel front desk. In this full-time position you will interact with guests throughout their stay, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience while upholding our high standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and handle payments.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and reservations with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales teams to resolve issues and maintain seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate daily front-desk records, including room assignments and incident reports.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
Required profile
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer-service orientation.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Prior hotel or customer-service experience is a plus, but training is provided for the right candidate.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills (e.g., reservation software, POS systems).
