Outdoor Adventures and Culture Manager

About the role

The Outdoor Adventures and Culture Manager leads the UTV and Jeep tour programmes at Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i, delivering safe, informative and culturally rich experiences for guests. Reporting to resort leadership, you will shape the adventure offering while upholding Four Seasons’ service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop a team of cultural tour guides for Jeep and UTV tours.
• Ensure guides possess deep knowledge of Lāna’i’s history, culture and natural environment.
• Plan and schedule daily tour operations, coordinating equipment, routes and guest bookings.
• Maintain safety protocols, conduct regular equipment inspections and oversee compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback and continuously improve the adventure experience.
• Collaborate with other resort departments (e.g., concierge, activities, transportation) to integrate tours into the overall guest itinerary.
• Uphold Four Seasons brand standards, philosophies and operational requirements.

Required profile

• Passion for outdoor adventure and Hawaiian culture.
• Proven leadership and team‑development experience.
• Excellent communication and guest‑service orientation.
• Ability to manage schedules, resources and safety procedures.
• Work authorization for the United States.
