Groundskeeper / Porter for Kapilina Beach Homes

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Groundskeeper / Porter to maintain the appearance and safety of Kapilina Beach Homes in Ewa Beach. The role supports the service team by keeping common areas, amenities, and the overall curb appeal in excellent condition.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day, removing litter, debris, and pet droppings to keep all common areas tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process and maintain storage areas.
• Perform minor and routine service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist with apartment turn‑over.
• Change locks according to property policy and ensure pool gates operate safely and meet code requirements.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance‑related complaints.
• Follow Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies, attend safety meetings, complete required OSHA training, and report incidents accurately.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders and lift moderate loads for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Willingness to work regular schedules with possible on‑call duties.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the service team.
