Housekeeper for Kapilina Beach Homes

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vacant apartment homes, leasing office, clubhouse, and common‑area amenities at Kapilina Beach Homes. The role supports the make‑ready process and helps keep the property market‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to maintain market‑ready appeal.
• Assist the Service Manager, Community Manager and Assistant Manager with additional make‑ready tasks.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when re‑ordering is needed.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and crawl in confined areas for extended periods.
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Capability to lift up to 25 lb independently and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, with on‑call availability.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
