About the role
Greystar is seeking an experienced Service (Maintenance) Supervisor for its Novi at Queen Anne community in Seattle. The role is pivotal in ensuring that all building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work across the property.
- Manage and coordinate outside vendors, ensuring timely completion of work orders and warranty follow‑ups.
- Maintain the interior and exterior of buildings, grounds, and community amenities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and address maintenance requests promptly.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a maintenance or service supervisor in a residential community.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to lead a high‑performing team.
- Effective vendor management and warranty tracking skills.
