Full-Time Room Attendant

About the role

Join Kimpton as a Room Attendant and play a vital part in delivering memorable, heartfelt experiences for our guests. You will maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas while embodying our brand’s commitment to personal, authentic hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, dust, wax, scrub, polish and service guest rooms daily according to hotel standards.
• Replace linens, replenish supplies, empty wastebaskets and arrange furnishings as directed.
• Provide linens and amenities in line with the guest‑room legend and ensure rooms are left in uniform arrangement.
• Report any damage, hazards, repairs, or unauthorized persons in assigned areas.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items, logging details and returning them to the Housekeeping department.
• Clean corridors and service areas, and respond to housekeeping projects or requests.
• Maintain pass‑key security and return keys at the end of each shift.
• Restock the housekeeping cart and organize the linen closet for the next day.
