Full-Time Breakfast Associate

About the role

Are you a friendly and dependable person who enjoys creating a great start to someone’s day? We’re looking for a Full‑Time Year‑Round Breakfast Associate to join our team at the Hampton Inn Ellsworth. You will help provide a welcoming breakfast experience by preparing, replenishing and keeping the dining area clean and organized.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and replenish breakfast items throughout the morning
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting breakfast area
• Monitor food levels and restock items as needed
• Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards
• Keep tables, counters, serving areas, and equipment clean during service
• Assist guests with questions and requests, providing friendly service
• Remove dishes, trash, and other items promptly
• Complete opening and closing breakfast duties
• Receive, organize, and store breakfast supplies
• Communicate food, supply, or equipment needs to the appropriate team member
• Collaborate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other hotel departments

Required profile

• Friendly, positive, and guest‑focused attitude
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work early‑morning shifts, weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Ability to work independently while staying organized
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and able to manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to stand, walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb
