This role facilitates interactive and engaging learning experiences for employees. This role also partners with leaders and employees to strengthen performance, enhance collaboration, and drive personal and professional growth aligned with organizational goals. The Facilitator & Coach also helps identify and address development needs, aligns interventions to organizational priorities, and reinforces practical tools that teams can apply immediately.
