About the role

Moments Hospice is seeking an Executive Director to lead its compassionate care team. The role combines strategic oversight with day‑to‑day operational management, ensuring high‑quality end‑of‑life services for patients and families. The leader will shape the future of hospice care while fostering a supportive environment for staff.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic direction of the hospice branch, aligning operations with clinical and business goals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Make critical, results‑driven decisions, set priorities, and monitor performance metrics.
• Collaborate on business development, creating marketing plans and growth strategies with senior leadership.
• Leverage data analysis to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and develop proactive solutions.
• Promote continuous learning and stay current on industry trends and regulations.
• Foster a collaborative, results‑oriented work environment that empowers team members.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of hospice leadership experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration (required); Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong understanding of healthcare theories, concepts, and best practices, especially in hospice care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Proven problem‑solving, time‑management, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, adaptable environments.
• Prior experience in the broader healthcare industry is a plus.
