About the role
DocuSign is seeking a strategic and proactive Executive Assistant to support two Vice Presidents within the COO organization. This individual contributor role will manage a wide range of internal and external responsibilities, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations for the broader team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, expenses, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for the Vice Presidents.
- Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and other collateral.
- Coordinate medium‑to‑large onsite, offsite, and virtual events, driving agenda, content, speakers, and follow‑up items.
- Act as backup for other Executive and Administrative Assistants in the COO organization.
- Support San Francisco‑based COO team logistics in partnership with the Executive Assistant to the COO.
- Arrange logistics for customer meetings, conferences, and internal/external events.
- Attend staff and business meetings to stay informed on priorities.
- Process vendor and purchasing requests through approval and payment stages.
- Build and maintain cross‑functional relationships to execute tasks efficiently.
- Perform additional administrative duties as delegated.

- Proven multitasking skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work independently and proactively plan for future needs.
