About the role
The Administrative Assistant provides essential workplace services and administrative support to enhance productivity and ensure smooth office operations for the Equities investment teams at Verition.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests and callers, creating a welcoming environment.
- Order catering, reserve conference rooms, and manage set‑up and clean‑up for meetings.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate video‑conferencing needs.
- Serve as point of contact for building maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.
- Schedule vendors for maintenance and repairs, and maintain office supply inventory.
- Stock pantry/kitchen and ensure consistent replenishment of items.
- Partner with the Equities Executive Assistant to communicate office updates.
- Book travel and process expense reports for Equities investment teams.
- Plan and execute office events such as happy hours, holiday parties, catered lunches, and birthday celebrations.
Required profile
- BS/BA or equivalent required.
- 0–3 years of relevant administrative or office support experience.
