About the role
Leo Berwick, a fast‑growing mergers and acquisitions consulting firm, is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support up to five senior leaders. Based in New York City, the role follows a hybrid model, requiring 3–4 days per week in the office.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑level administrative assistance to multiple senior leaders, managing calendars, inboxes, travel, and shifting priorities with discretion.
- Draft, format, and finalize client‑facing documents such as proposals, contracts, invoices, and billing packages.
- Coordinate project details for client engagements across concurrent projects, ensuring timely organization of data from secure data rooms.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and briefs; attend meetings to capture accurate minutes and track follow‑up actions.
- Oversee several inboxes, act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, and summarize incoming messages.
Required profile
- Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong sense of urgency, capable of anticipating needs and prioritizing effectively.
- Clear and confident communicator, both in writing and verbally, with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering polished, high‑quality work.
- Proactive problem‑solver who works well independently and within a team.
