About the role

Insight Global is seeking a reliable Part‑Time Office Assistant to support daily operations for a client in New York City. The role is primarily onsite, offering a flexible schedule across the week while ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

  • Unpack, store, and order inventory and supplies for the weekly grocery delivery.
  • Maintain office tidiness and report issues such as spills, leaky faucets, or misplaced furniture.
  • Oversee weekly bagel delivery and related clean‑up.
  • Open, scan, and triage incoming mail, forwarding relevant items to finance and HR.
  • Receive, open, and log packages, notifying recipients of arrivals.
  • Order office supplies as needed.
  • Perform a weekly fridge clean‑out.

Required profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in an office or similar administrative role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and solid problem‑solving abilities.
