About the role
As an Administrative Business Partner supporting YouTube Marketing, you will be the operational hub for your team, anticipating needs and removing obstacles so managers can focus on strategic initiatives. You will work closely with senior leaders, leveraging Google’s suite of tools to keep projects on track and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events for executives and the team.
- Prepare meetings, including agendas, materials, and logistics.
- Manage expense reports and oversee expense‑management processes.
- Assess office space requirements and advocate for appropriate facilities.
- Plan and organize internal and external programs and events, coordinating with vendors and internal partners.
- Coordinate travel arrangements with guidance as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment.
- Preferred 3 years supporting executive‑level management and handling small‑scale projects or events.
- Strong business judgment, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑changing environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
What we offer
- Base salary range $79,000 – $112,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
