Executive Assistant to CEO (Family Office)

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO of Superlinear, a family‑office investment firm. The role sits at the intersection of the principal’s personal life and the firm’s business operations, providing high‑trust, high‑ownership support across multiple residences, travel logistics and a growing investment team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s family team, including onboarding, compensation cycles and day‑to‑day employee queries.
• Coordinate travel and residence logistics across Miami, New York, Sardinia and Costa Rica, covering private planes, boats, ground transport and household staff.
• Maintain hospitality and service standards for guests, vendors and all touchpoints.
• Organise business logistics such as events, conferences, board meetings and special projects.
• Control the CEO’s calendar, prioritize requests and act as gatekeeper.

Required profile

• Experience as an executive assistant or operations professional supporting a high‑net‑worth individual, founder or family office.
• Strong hospitality instincts – noticing details such as a wilted flower or a misplaced wine glass.
• Calm under pressure, discreet by default and able to work weekends, after‑hours and on short‑notice travel (40%+).
• Willingness to work onsite in Miami (remote work not permitted).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and trusted with sensitive information.
