About the role
This full‑time permanent position supports the Partner/Global Lead of a leading private‑equity firm’s Capital Solutions team in New York. The role demands high‑level administrative expertise in a fast‑paced, high‑volume financial services environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support, including extensive calendar management for 20+ daily meetings and 100+ weekly appointments.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements (commercial and private) and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and off‑site events, handling all logistics.
- Maintain data in Salesforce, generate reports, and manage expense processing in PeopleSoft and Concur.
- Prepare agendas, board materials, memos, and routine correspondence.
- Collaborate with other assistants for phone coverage and backup support.
- Prioritize conflicting demands, meet tight deadlines, and respond to urgent matters outside regular hours.
Required profile
- 7‑10+ years of C‑level executive administrative experience within a large, recognizable financial services firm.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven ability to manage 100+ meetings weekly in a high‑energy environment.
- Polished, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends.

What we offer
- Base salary $130,000‑$150,000 per year, plus paid overtime and discretionary bonus (total compensation > $200k).
