About the role

Veeva’s Consultant Development Program offers an accelerated pathway for early‑career professionals to become technology consultants delivering cloud and AI solutions for life‑sciences companies. As an Associate Consultant you will work hands‑on with innovative technology, collaborating with internal teams and customers to implement our products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure the Veeva platform to match each customer’s unique workflows, data structures, and business requirements.
• Lead discovery workshops with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Manage project scope, timeline estimates and milestones from kickoff through go‑live, ensuring successful delivery.
• Guide customers on best practices to optimize their processes and maximize long‑term value of the solution.
