Senior Consultant – Software Implementation (Remote)

About the role

Veeva Systems, a leading life‑sciences cloud company, is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive software implementation of its Vault CRM platform. This remote, full‑time position supports customers in adopting next‑generation AI‑enabled CRM solutions to improve productivity and HCP relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with customers to align best practices and design solutions based on requirements.
• Translate complex client and solution concepts into clear presentations for varied audiences.
• Develop expertise in the Vault platform and apply it to build, test, and deploy applications.
• Plan, manage, and execute application build, testing, and deployment activities.
• Identify and monitor inter‑dependencies across program workstreams.
• Create project deliverables and process standards.
• Plan post‑go‑live support and ongoing application enhancements.
• Mentor junior team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• 7+ years of consulting experience, preferably with senior‑level client interaction.
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong presentation and solution‑design skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for implementation work.
