Electrical Superintendent – Mission Critical Data Centers

About the role

Lead electrical construction on large‑scale, mission‑critical data center projects for a top national electrical contractor. You will oversee field execution, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate closely with the project management team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and direct electrical installation crews to keep work safe, on schedule, and on budget.
• Interpret project drawings, specifications, and installation requirements.
• Partner with Project Management on buyouts, scheduling, labor, and tracking.
• Maintain workmanship standards and ensure compliance with company and project specifications.
• Train, mentor, and develop field supervisors and tradesmen.
• Handle takeoffs and pricing for change orders and related work.
• Track productivity against schedule and adjust as needed.

Required profile

• State Electrical Journeyman License, a 4‑year engineering degree, or equivalent training and field experience.
• 10+ years supervising electrical construction, preferably in industrial, pharmaceutical, or data‑center environments.
• Experience on $20M‑$100M electrical projects is a plus.
• OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, and large‑crew management.
