About the role
R+L Carriers is seeking a Driver Yard Person to work at its New Carlisle, IN service center. The position is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 3 PM‑1 AM, with a starting pay of $26.96 per hour. After 90 days of employment you will earn one week of vacation and gain access to the company’s employee resort program.
Required profile
- Ability to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
- Previous forklift experience in a fast‑paced LTL environment (preferred).
- Ability to read manifests.
- Prior yard hostling experience in a fast‑paced setting (highly preferred).
- Comfort using a computer display.
