Divisional Director – Sustainable Design Leadership

About the role

Atelier Ten, a global environmental design consultancy and member of Surbana Jurong, is seeking a Divisional Director for its New York office. You will champion client relationships, drive business development, and lead high‑performance sustainable design projects across the U.S. market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leading proposals and work‑winning strategies.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships as a senior advisor.
• Serve as director‑in‑charge on projects, overseeing technical direction, scope, fees, and quality.
• Collaborate with other directors on office management, staffing, financial planning, and strategy.
• Mentor and develop staff, addressing skill gaps and implementing professional development plans.
• Represent Atelier Ten at industry events, publish thought‑leadership content, and enhance the firm’s market profile.
• Support practice growth by contributing technical expertise and sharing knowledge across offices.
• Participate in recruiting and talent retention activities.
