Executive Creative Director

About the role

Vuori is looking for an Executive Creative Director to shape and elevate the brand’s visual and narrative voice across every consumer touchpoint. Reporting to the Marketing Leadership Team, you will guide the creative strategy for product, retail, digital experiences and global campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and inspiring brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the overall creative vision for brand, product, retail and digital channels.
• Lead, mentor and scale a high‑performing creative team, fostering curiosity and bold thinking.
• Partner with VP Integrated Marketing, VP Brand Partnerships & Activations and VP Brand Experience to ensure creative consistency across all brand moments.
• Direct brand storytelling for seasonal campaigns, product launches, athlete and influencer narratives.
• Collaborate with Consumer Insights to translate audience insights into relevant, aspirational creative.
• Work with merchandising, design and product marketing to turn product truths into emotionally resonant concepts.
• Identify emerging cultural trends and integrate them to amplify Vuori’s cultural relevance.
• Oversee creative direction for all digital platforms.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in creative direction for lifestyle or apparel brands.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate brand vision into executable creative work.
• Excellent collaboration skills across marketing, product, design and insights teams.
• Track record of building and inspiring high‑performing creative teams.
