District Manager

About the role

Peachy is expanding its network of preventative skincare studios and seeks a District Manager to lead performance across multiple locations in the New York Metro Area. This senior role combines operational oversight, clinical quality, and P&L responsibility while traveling regularly to studios.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, labor efficiency, provider productivity and overall profitability, translating data into actionable improvements.
• Partner with recruiting to hire and onboard providers, ensuring timely progression through Peachy’s training program.
• Coach providers to maintain high clinical performance, develop action plans for low performers, and monitor productivity metrics.
• Uphold a culture of quality and safety by investigating incidents, resolving escalations, and enforcing clinical standards and documentation.
• Develop studio leaders and teams, driving accountability, engagement and performance through feedback and coaching.
• Optimize scheduling and staffing to align provider availability with studio demand.

Required profile

• 5+ years of multi‑site leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, beauty services or other high‑growth, service‑based environments.
• Proven track record of managing P&L, driving operational efficiencies and scaling teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn performance data into strategic actions.
• Willingness to travel 4‑5 days per week across regional studios.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the New York City area.
