About the role
LinkedIn is seeking a Strategy & Ops Associate to join the Central Operations team within the Global Business Organization. The role will be based in New York, San Francisco or Sunnyvale and operates in a hybrid model, combining remote work with office collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Structure ambiguous problems, conduct data‑driven analysis, extract insights and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Leverage data to set targets, measure impact of scaled projects and prioritize business initiatives.
- Partner with Deal Desk leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive commercial strategies and present findings to senior leaders.
- Design and scale automated workflows for core Commercial Ops processes such as order management and pricing.
- Translate business questions into clear frameworks and collaborate with Sales Ops, Tech and Data teams.
Required profile
- Strong strategic mindset with excellent analytical abilities.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with great attention to detail.
- Open‑minded, willing to challenge the status quo and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Bias to action, self‑starter attitude and comfort using AI‑enabled tools.
- Effective communicator who can collaborate across functions and influence senior stakeholders.
