About the role
Netflix is looking for a Manager of Account Management to lead a team of Account Managers who act as strategic partners to sales and drive end‑to‑end Netflix Ads campaigns. The role focuses on revenue growth, client experience, and cross‑functional collaboration across Sales, Ad Ops, Product, Measurement, and more.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Account Managers through pre‑sale to post‑sale campaign planning, execution, and insights.
- Partner with Sales Directors to develop sales strategies, packaging, and revenue targets.
- Design and roll out new processes and workflows that improve day‑to‑day efficiency.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert for cross‑functional teams on key projects and initiatives.
- Provide regular updates on client feedback, campaign performance, optimization recommendations, and booking trends.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops on KPI setting, revenue forecasting, and advertiser‑level reporting.
- Navigate client and campaign escalations, delivering long‑term solutions.
- Analyze sales data to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key advertisers and media agencies.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales Planning within the digital media industry, especially video and programmatic advertising.
- Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Strong partnership skills with sales and cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives.
