Demand Planner – Store Development

About the role
Starbucks is looking for a Demand Planner to support its Store Development business. You will create and maintain demand plans for materials used in new store construction, renovations, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring the right products are available at the right time.
Key responsibilities
- Create demand plans using demand planning tools and Excel models based on construction timelines.
- Report forecast accuracy, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Present weekly and monthly business results to cross‑functional teams.
- Recommend and implement supply‑chain process improvements.
- Suggest new courses of action to enhance overall business performance.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in supply or demand planning.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly communicate changes in demand plans to internal stakeholders.
