Chief Supply Chain Officer

About the role

The Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) leads Blueair’s global supply chain operations, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time across direct‑to‑consumer, Amazon and omnichannel retail markets worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑lead the global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, defining forecasting and inventory strategies.
• Drive demand planning, supply planning and inventory positioning across all channels and markets.
• Oversee logistics, warehousing and fulfillment operations, managing relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders and carriers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement and Customer Experience to align operational plans with commercial objectives.
• Monitor inventory health, forecast accuracy and operational KPIs, providing decision‑support analysis to senior leadership.

• Highly analytical and operationally rigorous leader with a strategic mindset.
• Proven ability to navigate complexity, build scalable systems and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience leading large, global supply chain teams through periods of growth and change.
