Customer Development Manager – TikTok Shop (Remote)

About the role

The Manager, Customer Development – TikTok Shop will lead the strategy and execution to grow Nestlé Health Science’s presence on TikTok Shop. This role drives incremental revenue, expands consumer reach, and builds long‑term brand equity by managing end‑to‑end channel performance and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage external TikTok and agency partners
• Coordinate cross‑functional internal partnerships
• Own forecast and demand planning, escalating supply risks as needed
• Optimize TikTok Shop calendar including assortment, pricing, and promotions
• Reconcile spend and align with Finance on P&L
• Track performance, identify gaps, and implement growth solutions
• Monitor TikTok Shop landscape, best practices, and competitor activity
• Identify drivers of TikTok‑to‑Amazon halo effects
• Build and maintain a TikTok Shop playbook and drive brand adoption
• Present strategy and opportunities to senior leadership

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years consulting or Consumer‑Packaged Goods experience
• eCommerce experience
• Preference for candidates within commutable distance to Bridgewater, NJ (remote or hybrid acceptable)
