About the role

The Manager of Customer Success will lead a high‑performing account management team that supports SMB clients across a suite of digital marketing services. You will shape client success strategies, drive retention, and uncover growth opportunities while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee client success strategies focused on retention, satisfaction, and account growth for SEO, PPC, web design, social media, and related services.
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities using data insights to maximize revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions and resolve complex client challenges.
  • Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and maintain accurate client records for continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong client relationships and ensure consistent, high‑quality communication across the team.

Required profile

  • 2+ years managing and developing customer success or account management teams in a performance‑driven environment.
  • 5+ years in account management or client relationship roles with measurable impact on revenue and retention.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and productivity tools (Microsoft or Google Workspace).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
