Director Assistant – Marketing, Membership & Investment Optimization

About the role

The Director Assistant will work directly with the Senior Vice President of Marketing, Membership & Investment Optimization, acting as a strategic advisor and operational leader. This role supports the growth architecture of the organization by driving strategic planning, executive communications, and operational excellence across a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP office to align and execute high‑priority business strategies, transformation initiatives, and organizational objectives.
• Drive the operating rhythm for the MMIO team, including leadership meetings, strategic reviews, annual planning, prioritization, and talent processes.
• Develop executive‑level presentations, strategic narratives, and communications for senior leadership forums, town halls, and enterprise discussions.
• Synthesize complex business topics and performance insights into concise, decision‑ready materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (USCC, ED, Tech, Finance, Decision Science, etc.) to advance initiatives and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Identify risks, trade‑offs, dependencies, and recommendations to support decision‑making across strategic initiatives.
• Champion colleague engagement, talent planning, and culture initiatives within the MMIO organization.
• Promote AI‑enabled ways of working to enhance efficiency, insight generation, communication, and decision support.
• Represent MMIO in broader leadership and enterprise forums, building partnerships and influencing outcomes.
