Corporate Marketing Manager (Student Housing)

About the role

The company is a vertically integrated real‑estate investment and operating firm focused on student housing. They are looking for a Corporate Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across a growing portfolio of student‑focused communities, driving leasing performance and strengthening brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and annual budgets for each community.
• Manage property‑level social media platforms, creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging audiences.
• Oversee digital advertising campaigns on Meta, Google and emerging platforms, tracking performance and reporting results.
• Execute email and text marketing campaigns aligned with leasing milestones.
• Monitor and manage online reputation on Google, ApartmentRatings and similar sites.
• Coordinate resident events and engagement initiatives to support retention and renewals.
• Build partnerships with local businesses, campus organizations and student influencers.
• Maintain and optimize property websites for accurate, conversion‑focused content.
• Train and mentor onsite marketing and leasing teams across the portfolio.
• Manage corporate website, social media presence and investor‑facing marketing materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in student housing or multifamily real estate.
• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and travel to properties during peak periods.
