Bilingual Marketing Assistant

About the role

Kaizen Group Holding, a Wynwood‑based holding that operates three fast‑growing brands, is looking for a bilingual Marketing Assistant. You will work directly with the Marketing Manager and the creative team, supporting campaigns across all three brands and gaining exposure to e‑bikes, luxury vehicles, and premium Argentine meat.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with paid Meta and TikTok advertising campaigns.
• Create graphics and visual assets using Canva and Photoshop (flyers, posts, banners, stories).
• Manage community interactions on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Develop editorial calendars and plan content.
• Coordinate product photo‑shoots (e‑bikes, luxury cars, food styling).
• Produce weekly performance reports.
• Execute email marketing via Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
• Support Shopify and TikTok Shop e‑commerce operations.
• Help organize events and BTL activations.

Required profile

• Bilingual Spanish‑English (mandatory).
• Proficient with Canva and/or Photoshop (portfolio required).
• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Experience creating social media content (Reels, TikToks, Stories).
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Eager to learn and grow in a young, dynamic team.
• Full‑time onsite availability in Wynwood, FL.
