Coordinator, Client Marketing

About the role

Paramount’s Partner Marketing team is seeking a Creative Asset Coordinator to serve as the main liaison between internal Brand Marketing and external retail partners such as Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV and Fandango. The role ensures that high‑volume creative assets for film and TV releases are delivered on‑spec, on time, and support digital merchandising across major storefronts.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for retail and brand partners regarding creative asset requests.
• Manage trafficking, routing, approvals and delivery of large volumes of assets.
• Verify that assets meet platform specifications and brand guidelines.
• Design and produce ad‑hoc creative assets when needed.
• Track asset status, approvals and delivery timelines across multiple campaigns.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Creative, Sales, Legal and external agencies.
• Communicate timelines, requirements and deliverables clearly to all stakeholders.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Identify and implement improvements to asset management workflows.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in creative asset creation, trafficking or delivery in a high‑volume setting (internship experience accepted).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and intermediate knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
