Configuration Analyst – Greenville, SC

About the role

The Configuration Analyst will join Infosys' Insurance unit in Greenville, SC, supporting the delivery of AI‑driven digital solutions. You will work on coding, testing, and troubleshooting activities while gaining exposure to modern infrastructure automation and container technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coding and refining basic code structures according to internal guidelines.
• Execute test cases based on provided test plans to meet functional requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to improve system reliability.
• Build Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and maintain related configurations.
• Guide application teams on containerization best practices with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate repeatable tasks (archival, backup, certificate management, repository migration) using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
