Professional Services Engineer – Remote (US)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Professional Services Engineer to join our remote team in the United States. You will leverage deep technical expertise to design, install, and support enterprise software solutions for global partners and customers, while communicating the value of our document‑delivery products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and conduct software system testing and validation procedures.
• Guide installations, perform diagnostics, and support deployment of enterprise solutions across Windows, Linux, and mainframe Z/OS environments.
• Analyze performance, cost, and availability factors to determine optimal hardware configurations.
• Prepare reports, update problem‑tracking systems, and communicate project status to customers and internal teams.
• Demonstrate products, train users, and contribute ideas for new marketing opportunities and system improvements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software or content‑management solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; extensive experience may substitute for a degree.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
