Data Analyst III – Remote

About the role

The Data Analyst III will design and deliver business‑critical analytics solutions for Ryder’s operations team using Power BI and Azure Data Lake. The role focuses on supply‑chain data, turning raw information into interactive dashboards that support strategic decisions for internal teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytical dashboards and reports that translate business needs into visual insights.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ingest streaming data into Azure Data Lake and experiment in a data sandbox.
• Engage stakeholders to prioritize ad‑hoc requests and drive innovative analytical products.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data maturity and integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s (or Master’s/MBA) degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience creating diagnostic dashboards and working in a cloud environment.
• 4+ years as an individual contributor relied upon for key analytical deliverables.

Required skills

• Power BI and Tableau for data visualization.
• ETL tools such as Alteryx or SSIS.
• SQL for data manipulation.
• .NET or other object‑oriented development stacks.
• Azure Data Lake and general cloud‑based analytics platforms.
