About the role
The Community Manager for the Wellen property will oversee daily operations of a stabilized mid‑rise community in Charlotte, NC. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, ensure resident satisfaction, and drive financial performance in line with Greystar’s standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Provide input on budget development by analyzing financial statements, marketing data, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and leasing teams to maintain occupancy and resident engagement.
- Address resident concerns promptly and maintain high levels of community satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in multifamily property management.
- Strong knowledge of housing regulations and operational best practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets effectively.
