About the role
The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for a stabilized community of 198 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and answer leasing questions.
- Manage lease renewals and ensure resident satisfaction during the lease period.
- Support community marketing initiatives and renewal strategies.
- Maintain weekend availability (9 am‑6 pm) as required.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of leasing or sales experience.
- Ability to work weekends and adapt schedule to business needs.
- Experience with customer‑service management systems is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Yardi property‑management software.
- Strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
