Maintenance Supervisor – Lakehouse on Wylie

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will ensure that the Lakehouse on Wylie community in Charlotte, NC, remains clean, safe, and fully functional. This role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance activities to meet Greystar’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and cleanliness of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, interiors, signage, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality, scope, and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to reorder as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with a rotating on‑call schedule.
• Experience overseeing maintenance operations in a residential community.
• Capability to coordinate vendors, manage inventories, and conduct thorough inspections.
