Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Community Manager to shape and amplify the voice of our technical product community across owned and third‑party platforms. You will act as the bridge between users, developers, and internal teams, turning community insights into actionable product improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Reddit‑focused community engagement strategy, leveraging SEO‑driven content and native posting.
• Maintain and grow branded community spaces, manage content calendars, publish updates, and moderate discussions.
• Identify high‑value engagement opportunities in external forums and craft targeted content to boost participation.
• Monitor daily community conversations, provide timely responses, clarifications, and support.
• Gather, structure, and prioritize user feedback, feature requests, and recurring issues.
• Serve as liaison between the community and product, support, and engineering teams to ensure issue resolution and product alignment.
• Enforce community guidelines, brand safety, and overall health of the forums.
• Produce regular reports on engagement metrics, sentiment, SEO performance, and product launch impact.

Required profile

• Experience in community management, developer relations, technical support, or similar user‑facing roles within a tech or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of online community dynamics, especially Reddit and technical forums.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content.
• Comfort interacting with advanced users and discussing detailed product architecture.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analyzing engagement trends and sentiment.
• Excellent written communication with attention to tone, clarity, and brand voice.
• Capacity to prioritize multiple conversations and community streams in a fast‑paced setting.
