About the role
The Growing Law Firm is looking for a Business Development & Events Coordinator to support attorneys in building external relationships and managing firm‑wide events. This fully on‑site position in Midtown Manhattan offers the chance to work closely with marketing, sales, and legal teams to enhance the firm’s brand and client outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Support attorneys with external relationship building and prospect research.
- Maintain and organize the pitch/proposal library and track all pitch requests.
- Coordinate internal firm events, including logistics, vendor management, registration, and on‑site audio/visual support.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator on PowerPoint presentations, website content, and social media posts.
- Manage the firm’s contact database using InterAction CRM and create targeted contact lists.
- Develop email templates, manage email traffic, and use Constant Contact for communications.
- Prepare event materials such as name badges, handouts, and evaluation forms.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience using a CRM system (InterAction preferred).
- Familiarity with core law‑firm marketing principles, including branding, business development, and public relations.
Required skills
- InterAction CRM (or similar database management).
- MS Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Constant Contact email marketing platform (plus).
