Digital Marketing Manager – Loyalty & Social Media

About the role
Convive Brands is building its marketing department from the ground up and needs a proactive Digital Marketing Manager to lead loyalty, email, and social media initiatives for Le Pain Quotidien and Little Beet. You will partner closely with the Director of Marketing and own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our most impactful digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and analyze loyalty, email, and social media marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage relationships with loyalty‑program platforms and franchise partners for social media.
- Maintain a content calendar for all digital channels, ensuring timely and relevant updates.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance weekly, making data‑driven optimizations.
- Audit existing email lists, recommend segmentation, and improve content relevance.
- Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to produce engaging visual assets.
- Support paid media campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
- Communicate cross‑functionally with IT, F&B, Operations, and executive leadership.
- Plan and execute photoshoots that meet marketing objectives.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented strategic marketer with proven experience in digital campaign creation and performance analysis.
- Strong copywriting ability and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and proactive in seeking clarity.
- Effective communicator who can influence and collaborate across multiple teams.
